I have a list of numbers that I keep in the draft folder that mean a great deal to me. They represent times in my life where I know exactly what I weighed. These dates are significant, and thus will be shared as milestones as I pass them by on the way down the scale.
Today's milestone: My pre-pregnancy weight before my daughter in 2006!
Hit it - BAM! Just keep swimming, the next milestone is around the corner!
